I purchased the Juliet when it was first released last November. It's been a fantastic cutter, with uncanny accuracy. The staff at Siser and their support groups are always willing to help and continue to add additional features to Leonardo Design Studio that make it easy to create professional looking products. In addition, they are quick to respond to any anomalies that I have encountered and quickly investigate them. I highly recommend Siser to anyone wanting to take their game to the next level.

Literally my the best purchase ever! My Cricut broke, but it was so frustrating and i didn’t want the same machine. I tried silhouette and returned it so quick as it was unreliable. Bought the Juliet, LOVED it so much that I also purchased the Romeo. Never looking back.

As someone who's been making and selling various crafts for over 40 years , I started using plotters 18 years ago when I got my first Craft Robo - I presently have an old Klik n Kut, cameo 3 and 4, Portrait, scan n cut, Joy and Maker. I bought the Juliet out of curiousity and so far have been very impressed with the performance. The print and cut function which is what I use most is fast, accurate and very quiet! The all round precision and speed of the machine is amazing. At the minute my preferred software for designing is Silhouette Studio Business, but I'm sure in time the Leonardo software in time will pick up speed! These things take time!! Would love to see you develop a scoring tool as I make a lot of boxes-- Keep up the good work Siser.

I love the speed at which the Juliet prints complex designs. I love the accuracy of the cuts. I love that it's wireless. I love that I have a commercial cutter. I love everything about it so far!
