After a user purchases and registers a Siser cutter, they are able to download Leonardo™ Design Studio, a powerful software for opening and creating content and sending content to their cutter. After users have been using the software and cutters for a length of time, they are shown a pop-up in the software which gives them an opportunity to provide a review of their experience with the product. The users are offered a scale from 1-5 stars and an optional text box to leave their comments.
