I love this machine! I was a devoted user of a differnt cutter for almost 10 years but my husband got me Juliet for Christmas and I’ve never looked back! She is so much more efficient, quiet, steamlined. Overall a superior product, best in class!

I love my Juliet machine so far. I use mostly Siser products in my crafts as their product quality is superb and beats out other brands again and again. When you have a problem with a product it is very hard to find good tutorials for the issue. Also, the software is a little more challenging to use than other programs. I know as more people buy the machines more tutorials and design features will come out. That being said when I couldn't find the answer to my problem online or in forums I had to contact customer support. Now here is where Siser really blows their competition out of the water. Their customer service is outstanding. I sent my first email to them on a Friday around 3pm not expecting anything. I received an email response within one hour of sending my email. The issue wasn't resolved until the following Monday because obviously it was after business hours. On the following Monday morning my email was followed up and the rep told me how to fix the issue I was having.

Juliet is a terrific cutter and I am having fun learning how to use it! The precision in cutting fine shapes and letters out of vinyl and card stock is amazing
