I have used Silhouette machines for the past 8 years and experienced only issue after issue and wasting tons of material. Since purchasing the Romeo I no longer have issues and any I have are user error. I love my Romeo!

My Sweet Romeo arrived yesterday (4/12/24) and I absolutely love, love, love it. I looks way much larger in person than online. Honestly, I am watching some videos on YouTube before using it and I will begin my wonderful journey starting tomorrow. I heard that customer service is superb and this is one of my main reason I chose Siser. Also, I really enjoy watching Patrick's demonstrations as well. Thank you, Patrick!
