I love it. However, I think it needs more options for designs. They are really basic

I have owned two other cutting machines in the past, but after buying and trying out Juliet, I immediately sold my first one: Juliet is just so much faster and accurate. It has a learning curve but once you know what to do, it's a dream. The one button-test cut alone is a game changer for me. It's a very versatile machine if you work with vinyl, HTV and cardstock. The Leonardo software is also great, and while I'm not a fan of subscription models, I can really see that the developers are listening to the customers! In short: highly recommended!

I love the machine itself but not entirely convinced about the software. The print & cut is incredible, the way it cuts finer detail is amazing. What I'm not loving is the software. I am frustrated with the limitations and the long winded way I need to do the most basic of things. I'm also not happy with (in the not too distant future) facing the prospect of having to pay for basic features.
