I loved your response and double it! Just from watching the You Tube demonstrations I was able to make a T-shirt with names and offsets for my first project. I absolutely love it! I just love to look at it. To me it says I am wonderful and I can do it all, at least all that I will do. I had to clean out my craft room in order to fit her in, but it was worth it. I've used the other brand for 20 years and it cannot compare to Juliet. Even the software is terrific. I had been teaching myself the S software, but Leonardo is much easier and I know will eventually do much more. Thank you for this opportunity to talk to you. Unfortunately, after I purchased her, my little ET2803 printer I was using for sublimation threw a spring and now I must purchase a new one, but at least I could use my Juliet! Carolyn

Just received my machine 3 days ago so I am still learning it. I have two other cutters and will see how this compares. I do not like that I have to log in to use my machine, because that seems like a totally unecessary step to me.

I have been using Cricut for years. The software and machines are awful, especially print and cut. I saw some reviews for the Juliet on Youtube, Facebook, and Tiktok, so I went to Michaels to check it out. I decided to take the plunge, and all I can say is WOW. There is a definite learning curve, however, the cuts are always immaculate. From print to cut, to the SMALLEST detail on vinyl, Juliet can handle it with ease. It just takes a little time getting used to manually adjusting the blades yourself. I really want Siser to come out with a scoring tool, and other blades or tools in the future. That would make this machine leaps and bounds above the rest. Moreso than it already is. Siser got it right.

The process of unboxing, initial setup, and first use is super simple and exciting. This will be a great adventure!

i was under the impression when purchased that the design studio was free under further investigation after having a very minimal design library it actually costs

I am enjoying learning and using my new Juliet. So detailed in the cuts. So precise. I am looking forward to seeing what else will be added to Leonardo. I got my machine to late to jump in on free example of PRO. LOVE MY MACHINE
