The plotter is really great, incredibly fast and quiet. I just miss an adapter for my own pens.

I've had such good experiences so far with Siser's aftersales care and customer support (shout out to Carolyn) and I'm really impressed with the detail the Juliet can cut! Looking forward to learning more about what it can do. WAY faster and way more quiet than competitors!

Siser juliet is an excellent cutting machine for a little business at home and for others also. Really easy program for anyone with or without experience.

The siser machine is really amazing. It provides ease in my crafting especially those intricate cuts that I have trouble making in my other cutting tools. Looking forward to more discovery and projects with this! I am still learning as the design studio is not that user friendly especially for those not knowledgeable with other design apps but still there are lots of vids and tutorial out there so learning is quite something i look forward with this machine as well. :)

I've had a bit of a learning curve coming from a Silhouette 2 machine, but was ready for a new machine. I am watching a lot of videos from Swift Creek Customs and joined Siser groups on Facebook, so I think I'm going to make it. I love how quiet it is and how fast it cuts. I haven't upgraded to Pro yet, but did wish basic had more editing options, especially Trace, that one I used a lot with my Cameo.

I love that this machine is faster and precise. I am very much satisfied when I switched. I love my old cutter but this one is obviously better.
