First time using any type of cutting machine. I did a bunch of research to decide which brand to go with and was pointed in the direction of the Siser brand. So far it's been pretty easy to figure out. I'm happy with my purchase.

I recently upgraded my machine from cricut to siser. So far, the program is easier by far. the cricut interfacing had so many glitches and quriks that I dreaded using design space. The Leonardo design studio is more user friendly and comprehends the needs of the creator! I will use my cricut for some of the little things that siser doesnt have (yet!) I have no doubt that the product will continue to surge past cricut,

Got this for my classroom. It is much better and easier to use than the previous brand the school had. Sheets stay in place when I cut and the print and cut feature has worked perfectly. The cuts are aligned with the print. The biggest issue is teh instructions which are awful. I had to learn how to set up the machine by calling support and looking at third party videos online.

I brought the machine as the lady I spoke to in Spotlight at Penrith was not pushy and she didn't try to convince me to purchase the machine. She took the time to explain what it can do and the benefits. I have found it easy to use and the software is good that it comes with.
