That being said, my only concern right now is the **Leonardo Design Studio software**. Coming from a heavy graphic design background, the features are a bit limited and could use some improvement. I understand the software is relatively new, and I’m hopeful that Siser will continue to develop it. My main suggestion would be to drop the current subscription model for the Pro version of the software and offer a one-time charge—*once* the software is robust enough to justify the cost. This is my first cutting machine and its great. It's fast and accurate. However, the Leonardo Design Studio should improve as I experienced hard time figuring out things in it. Hoping for better experience.

The machine is absolutely amazing. Love it. the Leonardo design software is good WHEN it is working. I seem to have a new issue each time I try and make something. Hope a new update is coming soon that will fix some of the bugs and errors. Overall im happy.

Takes a little getting used to, but a billion times better than my old cricut.

Recently bought the Siser Juliet and I am so in love with the endless possibilities it brings! So quiet and so far cannot fault it!

It cuts so pretty! (and fast haha) I can't wait to make all kinds of things. It's like a whole new world opened up.
