I love few things about this machine and some I don't like ( one of which might be just because I am still newbie) Things I lov: 1. Machine is coming very well packed 2. Design of the thing is just awesome! It gives my workshop point of beauty! 3. Touchscreen is as responsive as a smartphone 4. Overall build quaility is very sturdy and it gives sense of very premium quality machine! I really love that!!! 5. It just cuts! Fast, silent, accurate! Things I don't like 1. Just lost WiFi connection this morning and can't manage to reconect easily, but I thing its just the period of learning for me. I will manage to get used to work with it, I'm pretty sure. 2. I know you are working for profit as well, but I think that it is not that much to put 1-2 weeding tools inside the box. You've put 3 pcs vinyl so we can test tha machine, but there is no a single tool to pick the cut after the machine is done. These tools cost few cents in china... Overall I am very happy with my purchase so far! Hopefully it wont need warranty service because I am from Bulgaria and bought it from Romania (that was the closest store availability) and I dont know how to manage if something happens... Actually I like the machine so much, that I would love to be the one selling it in Bulgaria and the region!

I love that it does exactly what I need it to do! It is amazing to be able to have a machine that works the way it is supposed to

Switched to Juliet from Cricut and it was love at first cut! So much faster, quieter, and having full control over where cuts happen is a game changer! Plus the test cut feature is just the cherry on top. I'm crafting more and having so much fun. Love this machine!
